Fe 18 Camogie Activity
The Fe 18 girls have Banteer away in the county semi final on Sunday 4th October. Well done to all the minor girls involved in the Junior C Camogie County Final last Sunday.
Girls Fe 16 Football Activity
The u16A girls played Eire Óg away on the 19th September with victory going to the home team. The U16C girls played Ballinora away on the 19th September with the win going to the home team. The girls played Douglas away in the U16C League Group 2 on 6th September. The Nemo girls played well but the home team scored goals to register the win.
Fe 15 Camogie Activity
The girls played their first game of the season away to Brian Dillons in the Seandún competition on Wednesday 23rd September. The Nemo girls got off to a great start with some excellent score taking. Brian Dillons came back strongly in the second half but the Nemo girls held on. Next game the girls have is St Vincents at Trabeg on the 5th October.
Fe 14 Camogie Activity
Well done to Martha Scully and Orna O’Sullivan whom represented Nemo in the Seandún u14 skills competition on 27th September at Castle Road.
Girls Fe 14 Football Activity
The u14A girls were away to Naomh Abán on the 20th September. The Nemo forwards were in fine form and recorded an excellent win 5-10 to 1-7. The girls have a semi final coming up on 29th September.
Fe 13 Camogie Activity
The girls have been busy over the past few weeks. The girls played St Vincents away in the Seandún competition on the 19th September. This was a very tight game with defences and goal keepers on the top of their game. At the final whistle the Nemo girls registered a two point win. The girls played Brian Dillons at home on Sunday 27th at Trabeg in the Seandún competition. In perfect conditions the Nemo girls put in an excellent performance to overcome Brian Dillons. The girls have their next Seandún game against Passage on Wednesday 30th September at Trabeg. The u13 girls now have a Seandún final to look forward in the coming weeks.
Fe 12 Camogie Activity
The Fe 12 girls Glas and Dubh camogie teams have been very busy over the past few weeks. The girls Glas team now have a semi-final to look forward too against Brian Dillons on Sunday 11th October at Nemo.
The Dubh played Bishopstown away on Monday 21st September. The girls put in a good performance with only a score between the teams at half time. Bishopstown got the scores in the second half to overcome the girls. The Dubh team played Douglas at home on Tuesday 15th September. The girls kept playing to the end against a strong Douglas team.
Again, huge credit to the coaches involved with the two u12 camogie teams. It has been fantastic to see the girls improve and to see the fine displays of camogie skills from both teams over the past few weeks.
Girls Fe 12 Football Activity
The Fe 12 girls have been busy on the football field. The U12A and U12B girls teams played Fermoy on 26th September at Trabeg.
Girls Fe 11 Football Activity
The Nemo U11 girls played Ballincollig at home in a challenge game on the 26th September. The girls put in a good performance against a strong team with players getting to try out different positions. There was excellent defending and score taking on display from both teams.
Fe 10 Camogie Activity
The u10 and u9 Camogie team were out in their third game of the year at home to Blackrock on 20th September. It was great to see all the new girls demonstrating their camogie skills. It was fantastic to see all the camogie skills on display of ground striking, jab lifting and striking ball out of hand. A big thank you again to our Go Games referee Grainne who is also a member of our Nemo Rangers Minor and Junior Camogie teams.
Girls Fe 10 Football Activity
The Nemo U10 girls played Ballygarvan at home on the 27th September. This was the girls second game of the season. All the girls got to play in different positions on the pitch. It was fantastic to see all the teamwork and the girls displaying their football skills.
Girls Fe 8 Football Activity
The Nemo U10 girls played Bishopstown in a challenge game on 26th September. The girls were fantastic in their games. The girls played Douglas on 12th September in a challenge game. The girls showed great teamwork and endeavour in their games.
