Streets Leagues 2021
The Nemo Rangers 50th Annual Football, Hurling & Camogie Street Leagues started Friday 3rd September and have been a fantastic success over the past few weeks. Street Leagues at Nemo first started back in 1971. Final’s day is planned for Saturday 16th October 2021. Street Leagues are fun Gaelic games for boys and girls U10, U8 and U6. Street League registration details for players who are not members of the club are available on the Nemo Rangers club website and Nemo Rangers social media accounts
Fe 18 Football Activity
The boys played Ballincollig in Ballinlough on Monday 30th August in the football league Shield final. The boys put in a good performance and registered the win.
Fe 17 Football Activity
The boys played Douglas away on Wednesday 8th September in the Championship. This game was a tight contest all along with the Nemo boys pulling away in the last quarter to register the win 2-16 to 0-9. The boys played Ballincollig away on Saturday 11th September. The boys put in another good performance to register the win 2-15 to 1-7.
Fe 15 Football Activity
The boys played in the Cork Football Féile on weekend 28th August. The boys were based at the Glen with games against Crosshaven, St Nicks and Douglas in their group. The boys registered wins against Crosshaven and St Nicks. It was a very tight game against Douglas which ended in a draw. Nemo progressed to the semi-finals but come up short against Mallow.
The boys played Douglas away on Sunday 12th September in the P1 Football League Shield Final. The home team prevailed with the Nemo boys putting in a good performance.
The boys played Kiltha Óg away in the hurling championship on Saturday 4th September. The boys played well but the Kiltha Óg boys got the important goals and registered the win.
The boys played Lisgoold at Trabeg in the hurling championship on Monday 6th September. The boys put in a terrific performance and scored some crucial goals to register a fine win.
The boys played Carrigtwohill and Sarsfield away in the C3 competition with the boys giving a good account of themselves in these games.
Fe 14 Football Activity
The boys played Douglas away on Wednesday 8th Sept in the Group 1 semifinal. The home team recorded the win.
Fe 13 Football Activity
The boys have been on the road over the past few weeks. On Tuesday 24th August the boys played Kinsale away in the C3 football league. The boys played well but the home team were more efficient on the scoreboard and recorded the win. In the P2 Football league the boys played Crosshaven away on Friday 27th August. The home team prevailed. The boys played Macroom away on Tuesday 7th September in the C3 football league. There was only a point in this game at the final whistle, with Macroom recording the win.
On Sunday 12th September the boys played Crosshaven at Trabeg in the P2 football league quarter final. The away team recorded the win. On Sunday 12th September the boys played Mallow away in the C3 football league with Mallow recording the win.
Fe 13 Hurling Activity
In the C3 hurling league the boys played Midleton at Trabeg on Tuesday 31st August. The Midleton boys were ahead on the final whistle. The boys played Bishopstown at Trabeg on Friday 3rd September in the Division1 Hurling League East. The boys played well but they came up against a team who were that bit more efficient in getting goals.
Fe 12 Football Activity
In the Football League (East) the U12 boys played St Colmcilles at Trabeg on Monday 13th September and recorded a win.
Fe 12 Hurling Activity
The U12 boys played Cloughduv at Trabeg on Monday 30th August in the Hurling League. They boys put in a good performance but came up against a stronger team.
Fe 11 Football Activity
The boys played a football blitz at Kilshannig on Saturday 28th August. The boys had games against Kilshannig, Inniscarra and St Nicks. The boys showed great skills and endeavour in their games.
Fe 11 Hurling Activity
The boys played Cloughduv away on Saturday 4th September. The boys split themselves into two teams and gave a good account of themselves in their games. The boys also played Ballincollig away on Saturday 11th September where the boys were split into two teams.
